Complete Fleet information
Fleet master would maintain all the fleet information along with its complete history. Our mission and our expertise lie in helping our clients simplify the process without missing any links in the chain. By focusing on the Fleet Maintenance management process, we are able to manage all the maintenance events in detail. Beyond vehicle and equipment management, an effective system also provides for the administration of the parts and personnel that play an integral role in maintaining them. Thus it provides a clear and detailed path to Fleet and process optimization.

Online checklist form
Online checklist form allows the drivers to select the truck number from a list and an appropriate checklist (based on the fleet type) will be shown by the system. Supervisor / clerk will be able to view the checklist details entered by the user within the system.

Transaction form
Transaction forms capture the daily information with respect to the entire Fleet. These forms give an overview of the entire Fleet status which helps the fleet manager to coordinate and manage the fleet in an optimised manner.

Job cards
Job cards are created to maintain a complete description of a vehicle’s repair history. It provides managers with fuel, repair, downtime, etc., information for any piece of equipment. Since it maintains the vital information about the fleet it provides an at-a-glance view of lifetime costs associated with that vehicle.

Job order
Job order will be created when repair is done outside the organisation’s workshop. Job order will be created under the job card in case of any repair of fleet done outside the workshops.

All the relevant information like the job order level, job order numbers, date, source of entry, agent name, contact, etc, will be captured.

Feedback Form
This form is essential when multiple drivers are using one single vehicle. It is like a health check since it provides an overview of the vehicle’s condition to the driver once he starts on his shift.

Requisition form
Requisition form are used for entering and maintaining the  on-going fleet requirements. Requisition information will be entered and maintained by the workshop which will then be forwarded to the purchasing department to order the goods. By linking the parts inventory to work orders, we eliminate the unnecessary downtime by ensuring that the necessary parts are available for a scheduled maintenance. Timely reorders are also made possible by the work order parts allocation process which also improves cash flow.

Accident and insurance
Track costs and information associated with accident incidents. Information on damages, pictures, associated work orders, witness statements, etc. is available in one convenient location.  A Transaction form is provided to enter and maintain the accident and insurance details.

Services Information
Finally, detailed service histories at your fingertips. A Services form is provided to enter and maintain the fleet service information. Basic information captured would be fleet number, eligibility type, value and remarks, etc.
